- We’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep
- Once the item passes a quick quality check:
- Your exchange is shipped, or
- Your store credit is issued

- Please record a quick unboxing video while opening your package
- This helps us resolve issues faster and offer a replacement at no extra cost

- Valid for 120 days from the date of issue
- Can be used across all products on the website
- Flexible usage for future purchases
🚫 Not Eligible for Return
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or scratched
- Products showing signs of use beyond initial try-on

If your jewelry shows any discoloration within 1 year, we’ll take care of it with an exchange.
